Shipping costs remain the same when purchasing up to two artworks of the same size. From the third artwork onwards, additional shipping costs apply.

The final shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

You can collect your selected piece of art by making an appointment in my studio in 1080 Vienna.

Should it still be necessary to return a work of art, I ask you to cover the shipping costs for the return yourself. I recommend that you choose insured shipping to ensure that the artwork arrives back to me in perfect condition. 

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will have to send the package back at your own costs. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
Once I received and inspected your return I will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
