This painting from the “Dynamic Impulse” series shows an abstract composition in intense shades of phtaloblue, white and pink. The energetic application of paint is intended to convey a sense of dynamism and movement. Inspired by the vibrant metropolises of Tokyo, Taipei, Bangkok and Seoul, I wanted to capture the speed and intensity of the many impressions that passed by like a living stream. The artwork captures my fascination for urban details and the overwhelming impressions of city life - a vivid portrait of modern metropolises.
